Jen Anderson is back! Well, at least for one episode she is. Tanya and Jen get into a chat about what the role of the mother entails. There's still a noticeable inequity between the role of dad, and the role of mom. There seems to be a lot of assumption about what jobs fall onto mother - whether or not she works outside of the home.
